Podcasts. I co-founded The Podcast Network in 2005 — the first podcast business in the world. Today I produce long-form history shows (Caesar, Alexander, Napoleon, the Cold War, the Renaissance), current affairs (The Bullshit Filter), philosophy (The Three Illusions), and QAV, a weekly investing podcast with my mate Tony Kynaston.
Books. My latest book is The Psychopath Epidemic (2020), on why we have too many psychopaths in positions of power. My first was The Three Illusions (2011), about scientific pantheism, free will and living happily in the moment. I’ve also written a guide to Making a Living from Podcasting.
Film. I’m the writer, director, co-producer and host of Marketing the Messiah (2020), a secular documentary about early Christianity. Stream it on Amazon Prime and YouTube.
AI & robotics. Through The Futuristic Group and Intelletto, I’m helping Australian businesses prepare for the humanoid decade and unlimited intelligence.

Co-founder. In November 2004 I co-created the first podcast recorded in Australia, G’Day World, with Mick Stanic. At our 2008 peak we produced 1000+ hours a month for 500,000 listeners with 100 contractors worldwide. Shut down in the GFC, rebooted in 2013.
