Brian Shearer has a great interview with comic book artist Mark Sparacio over on TPN’s new Comic Review Weekly podcast. I didn’t know Sparacio by name but he’s the very talented guy who did the above painting as well as covers for Marvel and DC Comics. Brian talks to him about how he started working in comics, how he produces his paintings, and his friendship with comic legend Will Eisner. Definitely worth checking out if you’re interested in how the sausage gets made.

In another of his never-ending series of ideas, Ewan Spence has come up with the idea of asking random people to guest host TPN Rock. I’m currently listening to Richard Vobes’ episode. Whaaaaaacky. Great idea though. I’m doing an episode in a couple of weeks. Whaddya think? Should I open up G’Day World to y’all to guest host?

John Havens, who writes the Podcasting site for about.com, recently did an interview with TPN’s Wayne Turmel, who does the Cranky Middle Manager podcast, and his show’s first sponsor, James Manktelow, CEO of MindTools.
