Sounds like you love Westpac as much as i do;o)
Even better is the way they have been ripping people of with penalty fees that appear to be illegal, look like they pay as much attention to consumer law as they do to their It department.
If you have been charged Penalty fees by westpac go to http://www.loanchecker.com.au/westpac and you can get a letter to claim back penalty fees. There is only one thing they notice and thats having to give money back.
