my old microsoft blue badge
ah…. it seems like a lifetime ago… but I tell you, getting this badge was one of the highlights of my life at the time. I was so excited. Almost ten years ago. Before marriage. Before kids. Before podcasting. Time flies.
Does blue mean full-time?

Thanks CD but I hardly lead anything at MSFT. When I compare what I’ve been able to achieve in the three years since I left to the amount of energy I expended in the 6 years at MSFT, I wish I’d left earlier. But I left at exactly the right time for me I guess.
