    interesting what Mark said about solar panels, etc. and his view that the fosssil fuel interests were holding new tech back in the Australian market – could also just be the size/conservatism of the market?

    To get another opinion you should talk to Steve at Going Solar, who are well established renewable energy advocates based in Melbourne – you should visit their Green Building near Queen Vic Market – I met them on my last visit from UK, they are well ahead of what we are doing here.
